Please note that no responsibility can be accepted by AP Sweepz for unexpected damage occurring during plant operation on site. The Hirer is responsible for any punctures that may occur on site.
It is the Hirers responsibility to notify AP Sweepz of any adverse weather conditions or change in circumstances within 24 hours, otherwise we will attend site as planned and the visit will be chargeable in full. All cancellations require 24 hours’ notice.
A minimum site visit is charged at 4 hours, which consists of a maximum of 2 hours on site and one hours travel each way. A full day rate is charged at 10 hours, which consists of a maximum of 8 hours on site and one hours travel each way. Whilst we can estimate the time required for each instruction, in booking either the minimum site visit or the day rate, you are not paying per hour but are instead paying for a maximum number of hours on site. Once the instruction is complete the driver will exit the site, and the minimum call out or day rate, whichever you booked in for, will be payable in full. Please note that during both, the minimum site visit, and the day rate you must take into consideration any journeys to and from the waste disposal facility and mandatory breaks the driver is required to take. In regard to waste disposal, when booking a full day (10 hours) if waste disposal is required then only a full load is bookable, a half load is not possible on a day rate.
Our payment terms are 30 days from date of invoice, and any invoice queries must be raised within 7 days of the invoice date.
